Abigail’s Troubleshooting Guide

Abigail's Troubleshooting

Choose your Abigail's system version first.

Start by matching the installed system. After you select V1, V2, V3.0, V3.5, or V3.6, this guide opens the diagnostics for that system only.

Version First Do not troubleshoot from the wrong generation

Display style, controller location, camera connectors, wiring, reset steps, and recording behavior vary by system version.

Step 1

Select the system type installed on the vehicle.

If you are not sure, use the identification helper below the version cards before opening a diagnostic section.

Not Sure?

Use the visible parts to identify the system before diagnosing it.

Do not rely only on vehicle year. Fleets may have replacements, upgrades, or mixed system generations. Match the display, controller, camera housing, camera connector, and any labels before selecting a version.

V3 camera connector identification Camera connectors V3+ systems use round threaded camera connectors with weather boots.

Step 2

Choose a system above to open its diagnostics.

The page will show only the selected version so the technician is not mixing V1, V2, and V3+ checks.
