Remanufactured Systems

Remanufactured fleet systems

Recovered equipment, inspected and prepared for useful service.

OcLUM recovers selected mobile DVR, camera, and vehicle-system hardware, evaluates its condition, and prepares suitable equipment for a practical second service life.

Inspected system hardware Re-certified equipment for compatible fleet applications

Selected equipment is inspected, tested, prepared, and matched to a compatible vehicle or camera package before it is offered for reuse.

Recovery and preparation

A structured path from fleet removal to re-certified equipment.

Not every removed component is a candidate for reuse. OcLUM evaluates the equipment first, then prepares only suitable hardware for a supported application.

Inspect

Components and system condition are checked

The equipment is disassembled where appropriate, inspected, and tested so its condition and compatible reuse path can be confirmed.

Prepare

Suitable hardware is refurbished and tested

Approved equipment is cleaned, prepared, configured where needed, and tested before being packaged for a compatible application.

OcLUM re-certified DVR equipment

Re-certify

A supported lower-cost equipment option

Re-certified systems can provide a significant discount, technical support, and a limited warranty when the selected hardware fits the project.

Qualification workflow

Confirm the hardware and the vehicle fit before reuse.

The process is built around suitability. OcLUM verifies the recovered equipment, tests the system, and confirms the intended camera and vehicle configuration before delivery.

1Identify recoverable equipment

Record the model, channel count, condition, accessories, and reason the equipment left its prior fleet.

2Inspect and test

Evaluate system hardware and components, then run the checks appropriate to the equipment and intended reuse.

3Configure the package

Pair the approved recorder or system with compatible cameras, storage, displays, wiring, and accessories where needed.

4Document and support

Package the re-certified system with the available support and limited-warranty terms for that equipment.

Available categories

Remanufactured options across practical fleet-system needs.

Availability changes as fleet equipment is recovered and evaluated, so OcLUM confirms current stock and compatibility for each project.
